Ibihaha  ni rumwe mu ngingo zifite akamaro kanini mu mubiri wacu kandi rukora byinshi. Niyo mpamvu kubibungabunga no ku birinda ari ingenzi mu buzima bwa buri munsi.

Ibihaha ni byo bituma umubiri ubasha kwakira umwuka mwiza uwufasha gukora neza no guhumeka umwuka wa oxygène tukanasohora umwuka mubi wa gaz carbonique. Si ibyo gusa, kuko ibihaha bifite akandi kamaro karenze ako, kuko bikora umurimo wo kuyungurura uburozi n’ibindi bintu byakwangiza umubiri biwinjiramo binyuze mu myanya y’ubuhumekero.

Ibihaha bikora ubutaruhuka haba ku manywa cyangwa nijoro. Yewe niyo turyamye byo ntibiruhuka bikomeza gukora. Iyo utagihumeka, uba wapfuye.
